The booking process is designed to be simple, transparent and easy to understand.
Booking Through the Website
Participants can book their place through the official project website.
The booking form will request the information necessary for organizing the journey, such as:
Full name
Contact details
Number of participants
Relevant booking information
Other information reasonably required for the organization of the journey
Submitting the booking form alone does not guarantee a place.
Booking Payment
To confirm their individual reservation, each participant must make an initial payment of:
€525 per person
The booking payment must be made by 15 April 2027.
Once the payment has been received and verified, the participant will receive a written Booking Confirmation.
The special Pilot Project discount does not apply to this initial booking payment.
Before the Minimum Group Size Is Reached
Bookings can be made before the minimum of 3 participants has been reached.
At this stage, the individual booking is confirmed, but the Pilot Project itself is not yet confirmed.
Bookings remain open until:
The minimum of 3 participants is reached;
the maximum of 8 participants is reached; or
the applicable booking deadline is reached.
Pilot Project Confirmation
Once 3 participants have confirmed their individual bookings and made the €525 booking payment, the minimum group size has been reached.
The Pilot Project is then officially confirmed, and the participants who have booked will receive written confirmation.
Additional participants may continue to join until the maximum of 8 participants is reached, subject to availability and the booking deadline.
Second Payment & Pilot Project Discount
After the initial €525 booking payment, the remaining amount according to the standard price is:
€1,225 per person
For this first Pilot Project, Bledi personally subsidizes part of the costs by applying a 30% discount to this second payment.
Second payment before discount: €1,225
30% Pilot Project discount: − €367.50
Second payment after discount: €857.50
The second payment of €857.50 is made after the journey has started.
There is no fixed payment date. Participants may make the payment:
on the day of departure;
after arriving in Corfu;
or after arriving in Albania.
The second payment is made through the website using the Second Payment option provided for the participant’s existing booking. It is not a new booking.
The payment must be completed before the participant continues to receive the services included in the program.

Second payment: €857.50
TOTAL: €1,382.50 per person
(Flight tickets and the Corfu–Sarandë ferry ticket are not included.)
If the Minimum Is Not Reached
If the minimum of 3 participants is not reached within the applicable booking period, the Pilot Project will not take place.
In this case, all booking payments received from participants will be refunded in full.
If a Participant Does Not Complete the Second Payment
The second payment is an essential part of the agreed Pilot Project price.
If a participant does not complete the second payment, they cannot continue to receive the services included in the program or continue the experience with the group.
This is because the costs of the services included in the program must be covered.
When the Maximum of 8 Participants Is Reached
Once the maximum of 8 participants has been reached, the online booking system will automatically close.
The website will display:
FULLY BOOKED
If someone wishes to participate after all places have been taken, they can contact the team directly regarding possible cancellations or future editions.

Each participant will receive written confirmation of their booking, including:
Confirmation of the booking
The amount received
Information about the second payment
Confirmation of whether the minimum group size has been reached
Confirmation that the Pilot Project has been officially confirmed
The applicable booking and cancellation conditions
