Mursi → Mount Mile Hiking → Konispol
● Breakfast at Restaurant Livia
The day begins with breakfast in the Butrint area, near the Vivari Delta, in a calm and natural atmosphere.
Participants prepare for an active day in nature, with hiking.

● Crossing by wooden boat
We continue with a traditional crossing by wooden boat to the other side of the channel. An authentic experience that connects nature with the local life of the area.
Transportation during the day will be carried out with vehicles suitable for the terrain. Instead of a minibus, more appropriate vehicles may be used.
● Stop in Mursi – Restaurant Ulu
In the village of Mursi, we make a short stop for coffee and preparation of food for the journey (a package that will be taken along during the hike).
The stop is short and functional.
● Visit to the mandarin fields
Along the way, we stop at mandarin plantations, where we meet a local farmer and get to know the cultivation process in the area.

Departure towards Mount Mile
The group departs by vehicle towards the mountainous area near the village of Shkallë, at the starting point of the hike.
● Hiking towards the summit of Mount Mile
The ascent to the summit takes place on a stable mountain terrain, with stops along the way.
Duration: approximately 3 hours.
Elevation: approximately 800 m above sea level.
Trail suitable and accessible for participants with normal physical condition.
The area is surrounded by traces of ancient civilizations and was a pilgrimage site in pagan times.
The peak is also known as “The Peak of the People”.
The view from the summit is spectacular:
Lake Butrint, Lake Bufi, the islands of Ksamil, the Butrint hill park, the Ionian Sea, the island of Corfu, the city of Saranda, and the mandarin fields of Konispol create a rare and picturesque panorama.
The trail partially passes through an oak forest, creating a unique contrast between the continental climate of the mountain and the Mediterranean climate just a few hundred meters below.
● Lunch at the summit
At the summit, a simple lunch is enjoyed, carried in backpacks, in a panoramic setting overlooking the southern Saranda region and the Ionian Sea.
● Descent and return
After the break, the group descends towards the starting point, where transport awaits.
The descent takes approximately 3 hours.
Soft and safe terrain.
The views during the descent become even more beautiful in the afternoon light, as the sun begins to set.

● Accommodation in Konispol
At the end of the day, the group is accommodated in a traditional village house / guesthouse in Konispol, in a quiet rural setting.
The dinner includes:
Organic local dinner, with a rich variety.
Free time for rest and relaxation.
● End of Day 2
The day ends in the calm of Konispol, after an itinerary that combines sea, village, and mountain into one complete experience.
After a good level of physical activity and a rich, flavorful meal, the night promises deep and restorative sleep.
