Upper Qeparo & Abanian Riviera Part
* We will pick you up by car in front of your apartment or hotel, 9 am.
* The first break in the center of the Upper Qeparo village, for a glass of raki, and an appetizer with olives, from the centuries-old olive groves of the village.
I also want to mention that this village is also known for the cypress tree, from where the village got its name.
Qeparo means Cypress.
* After a break in the center of Upper Qeparo village, we’ll walk for about half an hour in the direction of the old church of Saint Thanas. Along the way we’ll see the house of one of the most important messenger of Ali Pasha, but will not visit Saint Thanas church.
* The second break in the church of Saint Spiridhon. There we look down on the village of Upper Qeparo. A magnificent view, where history, culture and all the Mediterranean nature are intertwined.
* After the first break for raki in the center of the village Upper Qeparo, hiking towards the church of St. Thanas, climbing to the church of St. Spiridhon, we visited the old village of Upper Qeparo. A magical architecture, typical Albanian, and a view of poets towards the village of Lower Qeparo.
* After visiting the Upper Qeparo Village, and spending some pleasant hours there, we also visited for a few moments the orthodox cathedral of the church of St. Mary.
* Time for local meal in Upper Qeparo Village.
* On the way back we will stop at some other attractions, such as: Borsh Castle, Borsh waterfall, etc.
* Back Saranda, approx 5 pm.
